60-day satisfaction guarantee terms and conditions:

Direct Orders:

If your The Coupon Project, LLC product is either purchased directly from The Coupon Project, LLC via the Internet, mail order, or over the telephone, you have 60 days from the product’s physical ship date to be eligible for a refund under the satisfaction guarantee. You must include a copy of the packing slip in order to be eligible for a refund.

Retail Purchases:

If the product was purchased from a retail outlet and the retailer will not accept the product return, you may return the product to The Coupon Project, LLC within 60 days from the purchase date to be eligible for a refund under the satisfaction guarantee. You must furnish a copy of the retail purchase receipt in order to be eligible for a refund.

For direct orders and retail purchases, products must be returned to The Coupon Project, LLC’s Distribution Center and be postmarked 60 days from the specific ship date in order to be eligible for a refund. All physical components of the product must be included with the return. This includes the manual, installation CD-ROM and a copy of the packing slip if the product was ordered directly from The Coupon Project, LLC. You can include a photo copy of the store receipt if your product was purchased at a retail store. The Coupon Project, LLC recommends that the product return be shipped through a traceable method. If returning the products by U.S. Mail, please use either registered mail, certified, or return receipt mail deli every confirmation methods. The Coupon Project, LLC is not responsible for lost mail that is not received or products damaged during return shipment. Shipping fees for the initial order and the product return will not be reimbursed.

Electronically Delivered Products

You have 60 days from the purchase date to obtain a refund for product downloads, product unlocks, and all other electronically delivered The Coupon Project, LLC products. Since there is no physical product shipped, you are not required to send anything back to the Returns Department. Refunds for electronically delivered Easier Couponing products can be requested by contacting Easier Couponing customer service here.

For Easier Couponing software downloaded from Amazon.com, uninstall Easier Couponing and then send an e-mail request to shopper@easiercouponing.com within 60 days of purchase. Attach proof of purchase, such as the Your Order with Amazon.com confirmation e-mail (you can also forward that e-mail to the e-mail address above). This is the fastest way to get your refund.  Refunds will be processed with a paper check.
